UZZELL,

Juliette Eva

March 14, 1948 ~ March 20, 2007

Very peacefully, on the first day of spring, Julie passed away at home

surrounded by her family and friends. Her little body was tired, when she

decided it was time for the angels to lift her to the heavens to reunite

with her mother and father.

Julie was predeceased by her father Roy Uzzell (1972) and her mother Beverly (1997). She is lovingly remembered by her sisters, Donna Evans (Frank) and Debbie Rayner (Mark) and her brother Gordon Uzzell (Donna), nieces Dana Hanna (Kevin, Megan and Ryan), Marna Evans (Taylor and Jamie), nephews William Evans, Brian and Brent Rayner and Travis and Roy Uzzell. Also, her best friend forever, Judy Mozel, sons Kristopher (Stephanie) and Garrett and special friend Stan.

Over the years, Julie enjoyed: sharing a place with Grace, living with her mom, laughs with Maureen, her work at the Association and Future Focus, listening to her Elvis and C&W records, watching wrestling, bowling with the Special Olympics, dances at the Eagles and Elks Hall, family get togethers and reunions, treats at D.Q., Tim Horton's and White Spot, lawn darts, card games, crib, yahtzee, dominoes (the list is endless), teasing Stan, goofing around with Garrett, girls night with Michelle, walks and coffee with Kelly Ann and friends, visits to "Raven's Roost" with Lisa and Roland, family sleepovers at Mark and Deb's and Gord and Donna's, visits with Cindy and Nester, dinners with Robert and Sharon, coloring at Frank and Mary's and traveling with Judy to the Yukon to visit Rudy and Janet and to Saskatchewan to visit Kris and Steph.

"You gotta have fun sometime"

Many thanks to Dr. K. Baerg, Dr. M. Jones, the HSCL and home care nurses, "Future Focus" and "We Care" staff, Michelle, Lisa and Sharon and most especially Judy for the excellent care Julie received.

Please join us for a celebration of Julie's life on Saturday, March 31st at 1:00p.m. at the Christian Life Fellowship, 445 Merecroft Road, Campbell River.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the C.R. District Association for Community Living, 1153 Greenwood St., or Future Focus Program Services, c/o Toronto Dominion Bank, would be appreciated.
