Jack passed away at Campbell River Hospital on November 16th, 2005. He is survived by his wife Helen Louise Miles; son John (Judy); daughters Jackie (Brian) and Debra; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sisters Jean and Velma and many nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 1999-14th Avenue, Campbell River where a Celebration of His Life will be held on Sunday, November 27th, 2005 between 2-4 p.m.
ISLAND FUNERAL SERVICES / ELK FALLS CREMATORIUM, 909 ISLAND HIGHWAY, CAMPBELL RIVER entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society Resource Centre, 1423-B-16th Street, Campbell River, B.C. V9W 2E4 would be appreciated.
