Born April 19, 1936, passed away April 14, 2002 at Peace Arch Hospital, Surrey, BC.
Survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Geri, son Brad(Lisa), grandsons Trevor & Brodie, brother Doug (Gay) McDonald, Campbell River, BC, father-in-law Henry Morris & sister-in-law Sandi(Winston) Cummings, Duncan, BC, nieces, nephew & their families, Christi(Greg) Cote, Susan (Geoff) Smith, Layne Cummings, & many close friends.
Jack graduated from UBC as a Chemical Engineer in 1960 & was employed by Crown Paper until retiring in 1991. He was Past Master (1979) of St. James Lodge 80.
In retirement Jack enjoyed travelling & fishing.
Memorial Service to be held at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Home, 14831 - 28 Ave., Surrey BC on April 19, 2002 at 1:30p.m. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the BC Lung Association - Pulmonary Fibrosis Fund or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
