In Loving Memory of

Harvey Roy Hahn

4/24/38 – 7/11/10

Who passed away in the early morning hours of July 11, 2010 from complications due to ALS in his 73rd year.

Harvey is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Sylvia, son Bradley (Lisa) and two grandchildren Brandon and Amy from Toronto, Ontario. Sister-in-law Doreen (Lawrence) Simper of Campbell River, Brother-in-law Dwayne Wells of Chilliwack; Sister Doreen (Sam) Telosky of Campbell River; Brother Gary (Syliva) of Parksville, Brother Richard (Marilyn) of Qualicum Beach and a host of nephews and nieces and close family friends.

Apart from being one of the last truly wholesome people, Harvey is most well known for his myriad of years and experiences as a bush pilot located out of the Campbell River Spit. After his retirement in the later eighties, Harvey continued to bring joy to others by driving school buses for local district No. 72 here in Campbell River until his fairly recent retirement. Harvey was a fine individual, well schooled in the kindnesses of social graces lathered with a witty and sarcastic sense of humour. He shall be truly missed by family and friends alike.

Please help celebrate his life experiences with the local congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses this coming Saturday, July 17, at 2:00 p.m., located at 1935 Evergreen Road in Campbell River. All are welcome.
