Gilbert Thomas
Passed away peacefully on March 10, 2002 in his 94th year. Gilbert was predeceased by his wife Ethel and infant son Glen. He is survived by his sons, Allen (Louise) Waterman of Courtenay, Robert (Margo) Waterman of Campbell River and Gordon (Diana) Waterman of Gold River, B.C. Six Granddaughters, Gina (Vince) Smith of Courtenay, Lynn (Bryan) Neufeld of Port Alberni, Megan Waterman & Jake Duncan of Dawson City YT, Erin Waterman of Victoria, Susan (Sean) Cramb of Campbell River, and Lisa (Dave) Latham of Maple Ridge. Also seven Great Grandchildren Kelsey and Carli Smith, Bradley and Holly Neufeld, Miaya and Sarah Cramb and Angela Latham.
Born in Vancouver, B.C., Gil has been a resident of the Comox Valley area for the last 68 years. He enjoyed family, gardening, fishing and a good game of cards.
“Grandpa” was loved and will be dearly missed by all his family.
