KOUTNIK, Gertrude “Trudy”
Passed away at the Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga on Monday, March 9, 2009 at the age of 81 years. Beloved wife for 61 years of Armand. Survived by her daughters Dorothy (Pete), Brenda (Martin), Susan (Rick) and by her grandchildren Owen (Chrissy), Graham (Stacey), Mark, Casey, Brandon, Jenna and one great grandchild Liam. Predeceased by her granddaughter Lisa. Trudy was born on September 8, 1927 and immigrated to Canada in 1939 to Tupper BC. She married and raised her family in Scarborough before retiring to Campbell River to enjoy the ocean view of their condo there. Trudy and Armand returned to Toronto to reside in Mississauga only 6 months ago. She enjoyed her family and friends most of all. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax 905-428-8488 on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 1:00 pm.
