David Thomas Stephenson passed away suddenly on Thursday July 10th, 2008 at the age of 61 years. David is survived by is loving spouse Mary, daughter Angie and one son Jamie, three step-children Della (Richard), Dillard and Dean. David also leaves to mourn many other relatives and friends.
