February 2, 1944 - June 23, 2017
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dad and grandfather. Brian Andersen was born in Agassiz, B.C. on February 2, 1944 and passed away in Campbell River on June 23, 2017. Brian was predeceased by his wife Patricia, granddaughter Caitlyn, sisters Betty and Judy, brothers Ron and Cliff, and his parents Soren and Edna. Brian is survived by his two sons Billy and James (Aimee), his sisters Joan and Shirley, and his grandchildren Clinton, Christian, Savannah, Lynden, Mason, Jenaya, Rebekah, Sophia and Olivia. Brian enjoyed trout fishing, as well as his crosswords and talk radio. He was well known for his dedication to the logging trade, and loved to talk about logging, even years after retirement.
A gathering of family and friends will take place on
Saturday, August 5, 2017,
at the Masonic Lodge, Campbell River from 2 - 4 pm.
