Augustine (Gus)
Augustine (Gus) Moldowan was born January 2nd, 1933 in Saskatchewan, eldest son of John and Patty Moldowan.
He received his education in Yorkton, Saskatchewan, then moved to Toronto, Ontario, where he eventually began his career as a heavy duty mechanic. He then moved back to Saskatchewan and met and married Maria. They moved to British Columbia and settled in Campbell River.
Augustine (Gus) leaves to mourn his passing and celebrate his life; his wife, Maria, two sons, Augustine Jr. (Deborah) of the Queen Charlotte Isl., Brian (Betti) of Alberta, his daughter, Debby (Rod) of Fraser Lake, BC; Brothers Gerald (Elaine); Mervin (Carol); also his sister Violet (Andy); and his grandchildren Ryan, Kimberly, Skye, Michelle, Krystal, Jaqueline, Tyler and Torey.
Gus will always be remembered by his children for his love of his family.
Funeral Services were held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Parish at 11:00a.m. on Tuesday August 13, 2002.
