Antero (Andy) passed away peacefully at Yucalta Lodge in Campbell River, BC, Canada. Born in Finland, Antero moved to Canada in 1960. He spent his life as a carpenter and was a skilled and hard working man. His real passion was for fishing and hunting and he excelled in both. In his later life, he found God and this made him whole. He travelled around the world doing missionary work, preaching and teaching the word of God. “Praise the Lord, Thank you Jesus.”

His family and friends will miss him. We know that he is now with his true Father.

Antero was blessed in many ways. We are sad for our loss, but eternally happy for him. He won the lottery of life, he was born and spent his life doing what he loved, passing at a ripe old age of 81 and now starts his new Journey.

Antero leaves behind his beloved wife Annikki, sons Ralf (Lisa) and Steve; grandchildren Crystal (Bennett), Shy-Lynn and Skyler, step-grandson Kris (Jennika and step-great-granddaughter Karisa. Antero was predeceased by daughter Annette and grandson Matthew.

No funeral service being held.
