I have always been impressed by the professional standards of the facility and it is such a pleasure to now have the opportunity to be part of the museum team.

"I look forward to working with the Board, staff, volunteers and community members in ensuring that the Museum continues to provide the same level of professionalism and commitment towards preserving and interpreting the region’s past for the benefit of local area residents and visitors alike.”

Leverton’s first fulltime job was in Campbell River in the mid-seventies.  He and his wife now live in the Comox Valley and keep their boat in Campbell River.
