Everything Japan: The city’s 30-year twinning relationship with the Japanese city of Ishikari was celebrated Saturday at Spirit Square with the Uminari Taiko Drummers of Victoria. The afternoon, sponsored by the Campbell River Twinning Society, also featured the Green Tea Chorus, Japanese food and fun for kids.
