Ready for a new season of paddling Members of the River Spirit dragon boat team held an open house at the Campbell River Common on Saturday. They hope, by our example, to encourage others faced with a life threatening diagnosis to embrace “life, love & laughter.” For more information, e-mail teamriverspirit@gmail.com or visit www.riverspirit.ca - Alistair Taylor/The Mirror
