Attempted break-in

Campbell River RCMP received a report of an attempted break and enter into a home on Colorado Place at 3:06 a.m. on June 27.

The owner of the residence reported that two younger males attempted to gain entry into the residence via a dining room window. The suspects fled when the owner yelled at them. The police dog attended the scene, however, the suspects got away and remain at large.

Anyone with information on this offence is asked to contact the RCMP (250-286-6221) or Crimestoppers (1-800-222-TIPS).
