Disturbed man threatens staff

An emotionally-disturbed man was arrested for making threats to Salvation Army employees at the Evergreen Shelter on Sunday evening.

Police were called to the shelter around 7:30 p.m. and a 46-year-old man was taken into custody and was due to appear in court on Monday.
