Happy St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated around the globe with festivals, parade, Irish dance and music. Campbell River’s own Tara School of Irish Dancing will be celebrating with many community performances throughout the month, starting with a St. Patrick’s Tea on Sunday, March 9 at the Maritime Heritage Centre.  Guests will enjoy a traditional afternoon tea of scones with fresh cream and jam and other delicious treats prepared and served by “Brew Unto Others”. Dancers will perform some of the exciting new choreographies under development for their year-end show, “Dingle to Dublin” at the Tidemark Theatre on May 24.  Glorious new music will ensure a stirring St. Patrick’s celebration that will warm the heart.  An authentic celebration of Ireland’s national holiday in a beautiful setting.
