Steve Ostler from Home Hardware delivers the first carving from Frank James Park to Phil Gardner of Campbell River who won the Shoreline Arts Society’s raffle “Pick of the Park.” The remaining carvings will be on display for most of the summer and then carvings will be delivered to sponsors.
